Since then, I’ve been on a journey, leaning in and learning how to embrace receiving feedback.
I was lucky enough to have it made very clear to me that I needed to work on this skill - but a lot of us go through our lives, unaware of the powerful unlock that exists when we become open and decisive about feedback.
