Discover your Leadership Strengths with our Strengths Profile Assessment
Discover how you can do more of what you love (and find easy)...
What are my strengths?
Typically when we think of our strengths, it’s the things we’re good at.
What we love about the Strengths Profile assessment tool is that it also accounts for how energised we feel when we are doing something and how often we get a chance to use it.
When we’re motivated and enjoy what we do, it means we’re also more engaged and productive as individuals, as teams and wider organisations.
Rather than just getting a list of your strengths, when you complete the Strengths Profile assessment, you’ll see your 60 strengths broken out into four quadrants:
Realised strengths – strengths you use regularly and enjoy using
Unrealised strengths – strengths you’re not currently using
Learned behaviours – things you do well but may not enjoy
Weaknesses – things you find hard and don’t enjoy
Why are your strengths important as a leader?
People who use their strengths are 6 x more engaged at work
High performers utilise their strengths, 70% of the time in their roles
When managers emphasise the strengths of their team members, performance was higher at 36%
Teams that focus on strengths every day have 12.5% greater productivity.
Among employees who received strengths-based feedback, turnover rates were 14.9% lower than for those who did not.
Knowing what you’re good at, what energises you and finding ways to use those strengths wisely, will help you to be more authentic, feel more confident, mean you are more likely to achieve your goals and generally perform better at what you do.
