The case for investing in and developing your leaders:
Bringing out the best in your leaders and supporting them to lead authentically not only impacts them, but has a positive flow on effect to your wider team, productivity, profit and performance…
Why invest in your leaders? The answer is clear.
Research shows that employees who have left their jobs often cite a bad manager as the reason.
On the other hand, those who find their manager inspirational are twice as likely to feel optimistic about their own happiness at work.
Furthermore, employees who see opportunities to learn and grow are nearly three times more engaged.
An engaged employee is 45% more productive than a merely satisfied worker, and business units with engaged workers have 23% higher profits compared to those with miserable workers.
Companies with highly engaged workforces outperform their peers by 147 percent in earnings per share, and their employees are 87 percent less likely to leave.
Investing in your leaders not only benefits them but also has a ripple effect on your entire organization.

Hear what others are saying: Feedback on our impactful authentic leadership workshops
HUSTLE + hush workshops are a great addition to your leadership development programs, new manager or senior manager training schedules and soft skills training plans.
Our workshops can be tailored to suit your team and your business.
Whether you're looking for a one-off engagement to address a specific need or a year-long leadership development program, we've got you covered.
We cap our workshops at a maximum of 12-15 people to ensure maximum impact and interaction. We want every participant to feel seen and heard as they embark on their journey with us.
Right now we are working with teams to deliver one-off workshops to target a specific need that’s arisen, through to year-long leadership development programs across entire departments.
Catering to a wide range of learning styles: engage and inspire with our well-rounded training approach
Each member of your team will have their own unique approach that works best for them when it comes to taking on, understanding and embedding new concepts.
Like you, we are allergic to passive, seminar-style workshops.
As such, we try and structure our in-person workshops to utilise a range of learning styles from:
Written, ie. workbook note taking and group post-it brainstorms
Verbal/Auditory, ie. facilitator contextualising, partner and group discussions
Visual, ie. slides, workbooks pages with frameworks to refer back to
Kinaesthetic, ie. practical hands-on activities and experiential learning
If you know there is a particular style that engages your team - please share it with us so that we can try to integrate this.
Traditionally even interactive workshops can cater to those more comfortable in a big crowd, or with the “loudest voice”.
We recognise that some people are incubators, who prefer to attend the session already “warmed up”. To help these participants prepare ahead, we can work with you to build in some pre-work tasks to help support those who wish to come prepared and with some thoughts already firing.
And finally, while some participants are happy to ask questions in the session, others take some time to digest the content before their questions surface, and others prefer to ask questions privately; so we offer a follow-up “Ask Me Anything - AMA” feature where participants can ask Tee any follow-up questions for the week after the session and receive a personalised voice note responses back.
