The Energy Map Workshop
One of our most popular workshops. An interactive session designed to allow individuals to reflect on what their ideal ratio of HUSTLE to hush energy looks like, compared with where they are right now. Concluding with the space to set intentions for actionable changes they wish to make to support their wellbeing in the coming weeks and months.
The Uncertainty Toolbox Workshop
In this workshop, we will make space to hear the challenges being faced by participants as they navigate uncertainty. Then we’ll explore a range of self- management strategies and frameworks that offer a sense of stability, structure and provide new perspectives during periods of change and transition.
Developing a Mindset for Resilience Workshop
In this workshop, we will explore what resilience is, why it matters and what impacts it as well as looking at why you don’t want to be resilient and what you should aim for instead. We’ll look the connection between your confidence levels and how this supports resilience, as well as looking at how you can utilise your past resilience and relational resilience to support you in the present and the future.
Authentically Leading Through Change in Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) Times Workshop
In this workshop, we will discuss what it means to be a leader in these Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) times, unpacking the impact these conditions have on us and also exploring what others around us might require or expect from us as leaders. Based on this, we will then make space to define our own unique adaptive, authentic leadership pillars that will enable us to confidently thrive as individuals and leaders right now.
Mindfulness 101 Workshop
An evidence-based and practical session from Ovio, grounded in everyday life examples. Evidence shows mindfulness enhances relationships, performance and wellbeing – all of which impact performance and culture in the workplace. It provides an opportunity for attendees to relax, revitalise and connect with colleagues, whilst learning this powerful new life skill to help manage their stress and emotional reactivity and tap into their creativity.
Defining and Designing the Emotional Culture of your Team Workshop
This session will allow your team leads and/or team members to take the time to intentionally design the emotional culture of their team; getting clear on how the team will ideally feel when working at their best and leaving with a plan for how to bring this to fruition. HUSTLE + hush workshops are a great addition to your workplace wellbeing programs, “lunch and learn” calendars and team away day schedules.
Our workshops can be a one-off engagement through to a full curriculum, tailored to suit your team and your business.
Right now we’re working with teams to deliver workshops to mark key diary moments like Work Life Week, as well as delivering workshops to address specific employee wellbeing feedback from department engagement surveys.
Investment:
£750 + VAT for a 2-hour session, delivered over video conference technology
£1250 + VAT for a 2-hour session, delivered in person (plus applicable travel costs, if required)
£2500 + VAT for a half day session, delivered in person (plus applicable travel costs, if required)
NB: Discounts are available for bookings of 4 or more sessions.
We prefer to cap workshops at a maximum of 12-15 people for maximum impact and interaction.
Any more than this and you risk losing the valuable wider voices of the whole group. It’s too easy to sit back and let the louder voices take over, or to switch into passive consumption mode vs active engagement. We want every participant to feel seen and heard as they journey through the workshop with us.
